The ambiance is cosy perfect for a meal with close family & friends. The open kitchen gives a glimpse of expect chefs hard at work churning out lip smacking delicacies inspired by the famous grand trunk road route. Also the vast bar has mixologists & bartenders creating magic with their shaker bottles, we tried the hibiscus flower & kadi patta flavoured cocktails which were simply divine! The piping hot Kashmiri Kahwa served at the start of the meal is exceptional in all terms of culinary satisfaction served in earthen shot glasses. Truly a memorable experience.

Taftoon is an odd to the flavours of the grand trunk road, the northern axis of the Indian subcontinent from the 16th century. It is an exploration of authentic recipes recreated for the moder day. The interiors are well done up. It oozes class and richness. The well-spaced out tables. The polite and helpful staff certainly made my experience worth remembering for a really long time. Taftoon is located in the business capital of the city BKC. BKC now has alot of new and interesting places but once you experience the taftoon experience then I’m sure you won’t even look around when you are in BKC.

With luxurious ambiance and comfortable seating, this is an excellent dining place if you want to try Authentic Food from different regions. I would suggest you to ask for recommendations as there is something for every palette, you might find it hard to choose between all the different cuisines.
