At Taftoon, we celebrate ingredients through our menu; enabling you to enjoy the best every season has to offer, no effort required! From cocktails to zesty starters, here’s what you can expect to be on the menu at Taftoon:

For Starters and Appetizers

Whether you’re looking to start your meal with a hearty soup or a flavourful appetizer, we definitely don’t disappoint! Here are some customer favourites appetizers you can try this season:

Thentuk: When you’re looking for a Tibetan twist, nothing does it better than some authentic hand-pulled noodles cooked in flavourful stock. You can choose to add an egg to the soup to make it full of protein!

Kalari and Arugula Kachapuri: Bring home Eastern European flavours with this flatbread. Baked with Kalari cheese, the flatbread is topped off with sundried tomatoes and fresh arugula, which makes it the perfect appetizer cum salad. It’s perfect for those who want something fresh but hearty at the same time.

Zaatar Mushroom on Lavash: Find elements of Kabul and the forests of Kashmir when you choose to get this crispy lavash, topped with creamy mushrooms and gucchi. It’s finished with a truffle aroma to give it that perfect aftertaste.

Heading to Main Course

From Bengali food to Kashmiri delicacies, Taftoon’s menu encompasses many locations along the GT Road, and here’s what to try on your next visit:

Palak, Soha aur Kofte: Get an infusion of India and Pakistan with this creamy curry, made from spinach and dill leaves. And that’s not all! Paneer, dates and almond koftas in this dish also elevates its taste and depth of flavour.

Dak Bungalow Chicken: Get a taste of the British era with this rustic dish. This one-pot curry is made from chicken, eggs, and potatoes, slow-cooked and on the bone. It pairs well with flatbreads and rice, to make it a full dish!

Drinks Galore!

Whether there’s alcohol in it or not, Taftoon’s range of cocktails and mocktails has something for everyone.

Nothing Cheesy: Nothing screams summer like watermelon. Try this feta watermelon-washed Grey Goose with khus root tincture and lemon juice. The berry bitters balance out the Grey Goose, to the point that you might not even taste the alcohol either!

I Seed You: With Plantation 3-star rum, this drink definitely packs a punch with the alcohol. But that’s not all. With our house herbal liqueur, and Apricot Luxardo liqueur, this drink tastes herbal, and refreshing but fruity at the same time.

Hot in Here: You’re hot; but this drink is definitely hotter! Set temperatures ablaze with this combination of pineapple chilli shrub, kokum syrup, and soda water for the fizz. It’s refreshing, fizzy, and bound to set hearts racing.
