There’s more to cocktails than just adopting the Western variants, which is why Taftoon is here to help you taste the best of Indian ingredients through our cocktails! Keep reading to know our options and what they offer

When it comes to cocktails in Mumbai, India, there are definitely a lot of options available. But it does get a bit boring to try the same old cocktails that don’t really have a lot of creativity or innovation behind them. Well, it’s time to change that misconception, because here at Taftoon, we’ve curated special cocktails that utilize local ingredients!

Whether it’s mangoes, coriander, jaggery or even coconuts, there are many Indian ingredients that serve as the perfect addition to a cocktail. And the best part is that you can reminisce about different parts of India while you’re enjoying alcohol in a way you never have before! At Taftoon, our aim is to bring the flavours of the Grand Trunk Road to your table in Mumbai, India, and that doesn’t just mean food.

Our selection of drinks includes various flavours, both local and imported. And if you’re not a fan of alcohol, there’s no fear of missing out either! Our range of mocktails and other beverages is perfect to refresh and revitalize you. Options such as Gulab Lassi and Coffee Please (a mocktail made from orange juice, orange blossom water and cardamom coffee reduction) are ideal when you’re looking for a great drink with Indian flavours, minus the alcohol.

And if you’re looking for cocktail options that have an Indian twist, try out these drinks from the Taftoon Bar Menu:

Milk My Bread: Made from Zafrani bread Havana 3-year old rum, this cocktail tastes both aged yet refreshing. It uses Luxardo Bitter Bianco, along with Creyente mezcal, condensed coconut milk, fresh pineapple juice, gudushi and saffron bitters.
